Lower House of the Civic Congress The Chambers of Industry is the legislative body that embodies the people's industries. It comprises Syndics, with the High Syndic as the leader of grand assemblies of Chambers of Industry, in the individual chambers the leader of each chamber is named the High Syndic of their respective Chambers. These are the following Chambers: Chamber of Defense & Arms Chamber of Energy & Resources Chamber of Industry & Labor Chamber of Technological Development Chamber of Commerce & Trade Chamber of Welfare Chamber of Education & Culture Chamber of Agriculture Chamber of Justice & Security Chamber of Information Chamber of Internal Order Chamber of Foreign Affairs Chamber of Morale & Propaganda
