Description
Hi. You must be silly to join: You must look silly, be silly, and have a silly name. Every year, everyone who is in the group gets a rank up! Another way to rank up is by working at hangout, (Coming soon.) meeting another member in a game and playing with them, or other stuff. When you join you will be not silly and you can rank up to get more permissions. Silly Admin is the highest you can get.
