Founded by Julian And Healthy on 7/12/2014 to bring in funds for new U.E.R.F Divisions Due to Greed of the U.E.R.F Council, the Bank seperated from U.E.R.F on 03/03/2016, and in a very short few weeks, dozens of branches in U.E.R.F were shutdown due to lack of funds.
