Description
Founded in 1923, the 56th Precinct of the Thirlcrest Country Police Department is located in the town near Thirlcrest Academy, and has jurisdiction over the entire area. It is the highest authority in the game, and has a very strict selection process before one can become an officer of it's ranks, including a grudging academy. Membership capped at 20. [Excl. TC Staff+.] - Currently at 12/20.
