Which means somebody has to decide when cruelty is necessary. We were built and organised upon the grounds of humanity. entrusted by governments in order to secure and study anomalous individuals, undefined locations, objects, and phenomena that defy natural law. Nevertheless to even pose a threat to humans or humanity sense of reality.
