👑"𝓖𝓸𝓽𝓽 𝓶𝓲𝓽 𝓾𝓷𝓼"👑 "'𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒔" After the humiliating treaty of Tilsit in 1807, the Kingdom of Prussia sought revenge against Napoleon. A military reorganization committee headed by General Scharnhorst began to rebuild the Prussian Army; over a hundred generals were sacked, an officer academy was formed, universal conscription was adopted, corporal punishment was abolished, and a new field manual was issued to the troops. By 1813 the new and improved Royal Prussian Army under the command of Generals Blücher and Gneisenau were ready to bring the full might of Prussia upon the demoralized French conscript army.
