Once under the tyrannical rule of a mighty Empire, Cera ended up breaking free from it when the Alliance-New Empire war raged upon the galaxy. Still scarred by the rule of the Empire, the Ceran People shows a very strong nationalistic and isolationist behavior toward other nations reinforced by a very militaristic culture.
