Description
Bulves nuskutame ir sutarkuojame. Lašinukus bei svogūną susmulkiname, pakepiname ir įmaišome į bulvių tarkius. Pabarstome druska, maltais juodaisiais pipirais ir išmaišome. Kiaulės žarnas gerai išplauname, šiek tiek įtriname druska ir kiekvieną prikešame bulvių masės. Pilnų žarnų prikimšti negalima, ### kepdamos sutrūkinės. Įdaras turėtų užimti kiek daugiau nei #### žarnos ertmės. Prikimštų žarnų galus užsiuvame siūlu, arba tiesiog susmeigiame mediniu dantų krapštuku. Kepame orkaitėje, skardą prieš sudedant vėdarus patepę aliejumi bei įpylę šiek tiek vandens (kepimo metu retkaršiais palaistyti šiais riebalais). Vėdarams orkaitėje pakepus bent 10 min, gerai subadome dantų krapštuku, kad neišsproginėtų bulvių įdaras. Vėdarai iškepę tada, kai gražiai paruduoja paviršius. Skaniausia tiekti su grietinės - spirgučių - pievagrybių padažu.
