[Nazo Gaiden Clan] The Otosaka Clan is a clan that resides in the Ryuchi cave. They are infamous for their Plundering Kekkei genkai dojutsu, the Rokakugan. They came about years later after the 5 great nations came to exist. However,they worked within the shadows and met behind closed doors that they are deemed as traitors for their way of doing things. The Otosaka are feared for their unique dojutsu kekkei genkai,The Rokakugan. They can use their Rokakugan to take over another person for 5 seconds and use intangibility. However it can also be used to loot abilities from other kekkei genkai-wielders if they are possessed. They are also able to give others their kekkei genkai back or give it to another person. Note: Unlike other dojutsu's,this kekkei genkai comes in response to a need, not a desire.So it is not determined in a matter of age, rather a member of The Otosaka clan will awaken this kekkei genkai. They are seen with Purple or Blue Hair and brown or Blue eyes.
