Description
Specialist Crime and Operations will be merged with all specialist departments. These include Firearms, Traffic, Taskforce, TSG and Air Support. Each department will consist of Constables to Inspectors. A supervisor will be a Chief Inspector, who will have overseeing abilities over all of the teams and those below his/her rank. The senior leadership team will consist of Superintendents. These individuals will have the abilities to assist with reforms and overall management at a Silver Commanding level. Along with the SLT will be two extra ranks, the Department Overseer which will be equivalent to the rank of Chief Superintendent and then the Gold Commander, Commander of Specialist Crime and Operations.
