New Noob News At the Noob ########## group, we look forward to becoming successful in any shape or form. We become successful together and by making the right choices for the community. Therefore it is up for the I and the HR's to decide which role meets the noob's needs and skills. We see the role that is fitting to a person. And if they don't fully own up to the role, it is up to us to make the right choice and take a step back. It is not our intention to make you feel misplaced. This group is like a puzzle. It is our job to make sure all the pieces are in perfect order to make the puzzle work. We know that the choice we are making will benefit both you and the community.
