Neighborhood War Investigation Unit (NWIU) The NWIU is a covert investigative organization dedicated to uncovering the truth behind the events of Neighborhood War. Operating from the classified underground facility known as Site-15, our personnel investigate incidents, analyze evidence, and document unknown threats connected to the Neighborhood. Our members are not ordinary soldiers. They are survivors, refugees, investigators, and defectors united by a single goal: Find the truth. Site-15 houses investigation teams, forensic laboratories, secure archives, and a self-sustaining underground community built to support long-term operations. This organization officially does not exist.
