Together, the C.o.M. finds a larger voice in unity. We are based within the United World Federation universe, however being a member of the U.W.F. is not a requirement. Groups will be represented by one member only. Voting must be non-binding: Admittance is by 66% majority OR through the admittance by the Group Owner. ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ: Many!
