"May the odds be ever in your favor" -Effie Trinket We are The Capitol, a city with control of The 12 Districts of Panem. Every year we hold The Hunger Games- a fight to the death between two children who are from the ages of 12-18, 1 boy and 1 girl, from each District in an arena. We do this as punishment for The Districts rebelling against us. PM me if you never want to be in The Hunger Games.
