A group of Militia / Vigilante that fight criminals They are not with the PRT but also not with the US they are a rouge group that fights to help people not to fight a faction that they think is "corrupt". They do not believe in faction war unless needed not for territory. They do not kill US or PRT unless they are needed to but will attack criminals in case of crisis don't forget we are ########## You gain ranks if the council or the leader thinks you're ready We don't have a clothing rule but Tide water MM uniforms are suggested
