Established as an authority rather than a fashion enterprise, it oversaw household livery, society attire, and presentation at elite functions. • Rooted in European tradition and New York restraint, Livery & Regalia symbolized Alforn power through discipline, craftsmanship, and discretion—where clothing signified rank, order, and permanence rather than display. • (Not accepting alliances!
