"Ave, true to Fantasmos!" Fantasmos' will is the will of the Legion Following the falling of ###### Dam, and the Legion reigning supreme, Fantastic rose through the ranks for 'his' deeds against the New California Republic at HELIOS ONE. He inherited the throne following Caesar after he succumbed to illness. Due to 'his' brilliance, he has invented a groovy Time Machine, and went back to the year 2018 with his army, to conquer pre-war America. It turns out, he crossed into our reality, lucky for his legion, his ambitions have not changed.
