Incorporated in 1873; with a population of 834,678 Canadians (as of 2021). Winnipeg is the capital of the Canadian province of Manitoba. Its heart is The Forks mostly the Red River rises down to the United States as well as converted to shops and restaurants, plus ample green space dedicated to festivals, concerts and exhibits.
