At the end of WWI, multiple countries broke down, including France. The Germans were changed to a monarchy and split apart. The country re-took the name of "Prussia", as Neu Prussia. The Soviet Union was formed in Russia, and Neu Prussia is seeking war against them. France was determined to change to its former glory under their old Emperor, Napoleon. A revolution in France occurred.
