Description
Noobic Marine Administration Directorate, NMAD NMAD is a Mainland Command that facilities all programs, boards, and operations that work with the internal functions of the Noobic Marine Corps. It serves as a means of handling units and personnel who handle the Corp's bureaucracy and administration. It is the only Command of the Noobic Marine Corps that does not field any expeditionary units or conduct war-fighting operations.
