JUDICIAL BRANCH | RPUSA The judicial branch is the independent federal judiciary of RPUSA. Through the Supreme Court and lower federal courts, it interprets RPUSA law, resolves cases, and provides fair proceedings within each court's jurisdiction. ORGANIZATION Part of the United States of America - RPUSA. Our affiliates connect the federal courts and their supporting institutions. Judicial decisions follow the applicable law and appeal process; administrative offices support the courts without directing the outcome of cases.
