Romulus served during the Punic Wars as an accomplished leader, and then later retiring to a life of politics, establishing the family's presence in Rome. During Julius Caesar's crossing of the Rubicon, Legate Aetius Cassius marched with Caesar's legions to fully establish his rule as Emperor.
