non official NNPP Faction After the 2NIA was attacked, they realized it would be too much of a safety risk to keep all of the stratocracy’s information in one place. So the 9th Noobic Department of Archiving was established to keep and manage general data, and because of this the stratocracy was able to use this as a disguise for the storage of more sensitive data.
