Description
An agency formed by the United Global Authority (UGA), the UGANC sees control of all intra and interstellar actions. The UGA itself was forged in the aftermath of the Third World War, which saw many nations completely ruined. The aforementioned Third World War caused the unification of the European Union due to almost complete economic ruin of most member states. This kickstarted global unification, which resulted in the UGA. It has 7 capitals, one for each continent, chosen based off of economic importance - Johannesburg in Africa, McMurdo in Antarctica, Tokyo in Asia, Berlin in Europe, New York in North America, São Paulo in South America and Sydney in Oceania. Now, in the aftermath of the 'Artificial Revolution', it falls on the UGANC to combat the newly hostile 'automated' ships. And we will not accept defeat.
