Description
The Imperial Officer Training Programme ensures that all officers of the empire are trained and competent. Phase I covers combat leadership. When a candidate completes phase I, they should be able to lead a platoon of troopers quickly and effectively into battle situations. They should know how to split their platoon into squads, have complete control over their platoon and how to remain calm during intense situations. Phase II covers how to effectively teach troopers. Good officers never leave their troops doing nothing, good officers make their training fun and exciting instead of teaching useless drills for hours on end and boring their troops. Phase III puts the candidates to the test to see if the are ready to make Imperial Officer Certificate holders.
