The People Affairs Division serves as the foundation of employee support, staffing coordination, public affairs, and professional standards across the airline. Our mission is to ensure every individual — from inflight crews and corporate personnel to guests and community members — experiences a professional, organized, and people focused environment built upon the Southwest culture of LUV.
