The People Affairs Division serves as the foundation of employee support, staffing coordination, public affairs, and professional standards across the airline. Our mission is to ensure every individual — from inflight crews and corporate personnel to guests and community members — experiences a professional, organized, and people focused environment built upon the Southwest culture of LUV. Through employee advocacy, community engagement, and internal operational support, the division remains committed to strengthening professionalism, communication, and the entire experience within Southwest Airlines.
