Tophet is a large, subterranean, clandestine nation at an unknown and hidden location. The nation's population consists of various kinds of people, living away from CPU sovereignty after retreating at the aftermath of the Console War. It does not house all people with open arms, however, as there still exists some who have fled who are sworn to keep the nation's existence a secret, or even do not know of Tophet's existence.
