This is a group consisting of militia, military cadets, Military police, and a Navy. This group is currently work in progress. Raids won:N/A Raids lost:N/A Rules of war against Outcasts of Blackwind. This is a formal declaration of war stating the rules of war and the condition, and also we both need to accept/make changes to the rules for the declaration of war to be accepted. Rule I:No Ironclads are allowed. Rule II:You are NOT allowed to bully the other faction, reguardless. Rule III:The first thing will be a naval battle. The winner of that shall proceed to go raid the other factions main island. Rule IV:NO glowie weapons/weapons with special effects.
