[Level 1 Soldiers] are not permitted inside S.O.C.K bases, by becoming a [Level 2 Soldier] you gain access to S.O.C.K Bases.[Officers] and above, may join the Academy where you will be trained and eventually accepted into the Empire. By getting to [General] you may *TRY* entering the Empire by sending a Graduation Tester (In the Academy) a message, and asking for the test.
