Description
The New Chinese Tech-no-cra-cy is a neo-Chinese government based in an alternate-completely-imagined-future of the world. The New Chinese Tech-no-cra-cy was created after a rebellion in China successfully overthrew the modern Chinese government, and the rebellion's leader decided that China would become a tech-no-cra-cy, while the rebellion leader had the power to drain Neo-China's leader and substitute them until it was possible for a new leader. The new government would remain communist, but would use less drastic measures of it, an example being that the neo-bureaucracy would not force the sale of property, but economic l-i-ability would be rem-na-nt. This group is the army inside of the New Chinese Tech-no-cra-cy's government.
