18 The Movement is the official group for all things related to XV3. XV3 started as Folk18 around 2009 and has since progressed to evolve into something huge. When we first began operating in Chicago 3ngl3w00d, we only had 12 founding members, including myself.... Since then Folk18 transformed into XV3 which now has over 4000 current subscribers. XV3 is the Roman numeral 18, which is also an important number for boys because 18 is the age we turn into men. Even though we've had our ups and dwns, XV3 has always come out on top and we will continue to rise. Our glo is eternal and we are now a global operation which seeks to shine the light on all things street related in a positive manner. Many young kids get involved with the streets without knowing what they are getting into. 18 The Movement seeks to create a safe online environment to educate kids about the streets with real people- without ever stepping foot into the streets.
