It was led by a guild-master who held members to the Bounty Hunter's' Creed, the unwritten rules of the bounty hunters. It was a network of assassins and mercenaries created by a group of Hunters. Hunters can get rich off of claiming bounties. This network of assassins spans across the entire galaxy, and is very well feared.
