We do not possess grand fortresses or uniform livery; our cloaks are stained with the soot of the slums, and our steel is stolen from the very tyrants we hunt. We are few, we are hungry, and we are entirely invisible. Where the law fails the broken, our silence will deliver justice. Walk unseen, strike unhindered, and vanish without a trace, we work in the dark, to serve the light, we are assassins, nothing is true, everything is permitted.
