This is the Black Hatter Family Rules--- 1. No rking (randomly killing) i can't have my family having a bad rep we are good people we aren't hero's though so keep that in mind 2. Listen to those of a higher tier than you even if you are tier one and someone is tier two that doesn't change the fact that they are a rank above you 3. Do not disrespect anyone all of us are allies 4. Even if you are a higher rank then someone you should not disrespect them even if you do not like them
