Description

The Wave Breakers were raised after the long wave of the "Black Emperors". From creation all they have ever done is hunt down delinquents in an old style fashion including beatings and few other methods, they revolve around the sub-culture of Bōsōzoku (暴走族, literally "running-out-of-control (as of a vehicle) tribe") Raised with in the touge mountain roads they were able to become accustomed to the arts of drifting and usually have a nice ride that is with them everywhere they go.
