Welcome to The Top hat Gang. We sell some clothes and and we are a chill group focused on the Roblox item "Banded Top Hats". We also make some games to play. How to get ranks: Normal Member: Join the group. Top hat Owners: Own a top hat. Banded Top hat Owners: Own a Banded top hat (has to be the original mesh created by Roblox). Donator: Buy the donation shirt. Respected Donators: Donate IOO robux towards the group or more. If you need your rank changed, please say so in the group wall.
