陸軍教育訓練暨準則發展指揮部（陸軍教準部）是中華民國陸軍的最高教育訓練機關，隸屬於國防部陸軍司令部，負責陸軍的學術研究、測考、人才培育以及軍事理論、戰法研究與發展，並督導兵科訓練及學校教育，其前身可追溯至1956年成立的陸軍計畫研究委員會。 The Army Education, Training, and Doctrine Development Command (AETD) is the highest education and training agency of the Republic of China (ROC) Army. It is affiliated with the Army Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense and is responsible for the Army's academic research, assessment, personnel training, and research and development of military theory and tactics. It also oversees military training and school education. Its predecessor can be traced back to the Army Planning and Research Committee established in 1956.
