This includes facility repairs, power distribution, life-support systems, vehicle maintenance, and supply transport across hazardous terrain. E&L personnel are equipped with specialized tools, construction equipment, and logistical interfaces to request, receive, and distribute resources from Orbital Command. They respond to system failures, environmental damage, and emergencies, restoring operations or initiating controlled shutdowns as needed.
