Description
Black Ward XIII (ブラックワードXIII); an underground organization that rules over all black markets in 13 different wards... ■ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ■ Black Ward XIII doesn't care what race our customers are as long as they follow the rules anyone is invited... XIII members or customers who do not follow the rules will be blacklisted therefore they will not have access to the black markets... ■ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ■ Being a customer and being a member are two different things in order to become a member you are required to send me a dm to me personally and I will rank you to [XIII Trial Member], by being a member you will be given some perks but are required to follow a different set of rules for example all members are to put [XIII] next to their ghoul nickname... VIP is only obtainable by other Organization Leaders who become allies with Black Ward XIII... ■ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ■
