"The Chosen of the Rain" |~/----------------------------\~| Cerulea, pride of the Rainlands, is a group of former High Elves who went on a grand expedition, and found a land afflicted with eternal rain, where they settled. Since then, this rain has seeped into their very souls, and they have transformed, No longer High Elves, but now Elves of the rain.
