This includes, but not limited to: Permanent Exile, Exile from allied Insurgencies, Temporary Class-E, Blacklisting. We are a strict organization. The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs.
