The New Chinese Tech-no-cra-cy's Executive Branch enforces policies, and a-d-m-i-n-i-s-t-r-a-t-e operations. You must be a Senior Colonel, or higher, in the main group to join the New Chinese Tech-no-cra-cy's Executive Branch. As a sub-group of the main group, if another group declares this group as an enemy, the main group will declare the opposing group their enemy as well. Any players in the group will have at least the rank of Senior Colonel in the main group. This group does not include ranks in the modern Chinese government's executive branch below Section Chief.
