Description
[RETIRED] Official Project Spark faction for 1R. A group composed of the survivors of the uprising in the North Carolina National Guard Depot (NCNGD) who have turned to robbery and violence to secure supplies. Their origin stems from the violent revolt that occurred in the NCNGD fallout shelter due to a lack of food and water. The revolting party won against the National Guard there, but they lost most of their own people in the process. The survivors seeing a lack of resources decided the best course of action would be to loot and raid other people for their stuff. They established "The Raptors" after a local Little League team who used to play in the area. Full lore and application can be found in the Dzsbord. The code is 5Pwduxg
