Chairman - o_yq “Send in the doves.” ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ This group was named after the Commission of Counter Ghoul (喰種対策局) and is a federal investigative agency aimed at the precise and organized eradication of ghouls in Tokyo Ghoul. (東京喰種) As conflicting as it sounds, little is known of the Vice or his Chairman’s allegiance. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Commission of Counter Ghoul is a group with it’s mission set at the swift response to incidents that threaten the lives of the citizens of Tokyo.
