This is NOT WWII or WWI, This is the aftermath of the German regime that started WWII. This group is about the German border guards in the communist side of the German public. After WWII, Germany was under control of the Allies (United States, Britain, France, Soviet Union.) The nations capital was under control of the Allies. Which the communist side didn’t like. So east Germany’s communist leaders decided to build a wall separating all of Germany.
