Description
Alpha-1, codenamed "Red Right Hand," is the O5 Council's own Mobile Task Force. Unlike ordinary Foundation task forces, Alpha-1 does not venture out for normal containment or site defense. Instead, it is deployed only at the direct order of the Council and is both their shield and their blade.
