The Arctic Institution was a CCG and Ghoul organization run by an unknown board [𝐀𝐈] were reported by survivors as silent men and women who capture live targets to send to an undisclosed location. Known survivors have returned unhurt, but with an extremely traumatic feeling that is inexplicable.
