Description
The 11th Street Kids were an offshoot of the Task Force X program spearheaded by Amanda Waller. The team was led by Emilia Harcourt, previously having been led by Clemson Murn until his death, and was predominantly composed of people who had wronged Waller in the past, and believed their mission, Project Butterfly, to be their punishment. Since the team did not legally exist, Waller kept their existence a secret from her superiors and secretly funded it under the radar. The team was disbanded after the completion of Project Butterfly.
