𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 _______________________ The Terror Troopers were created as cyborg experiments conducted by the Imperial Department of Military Research. Their masks were deliberately intended to invoke the appearance of the infamous Separatist general Grievous from the Clone Wars.
