Respect is the key to improvement, if you do not respect the alphas or betas you will be kicked. In order to move up in the ranks you must prove to the owner that you are better. The ranks from low to high go Student , Alpha , Owner. There will only be one owner aloud. There will be 4 people on the alpha and beta team.(This is a kickoff group. If you are not interested in playing kickoff please do not join)
